Sound familiar?
The late-night, sari-sari-running, did-I-make-profit, wait-that-cake-is-today kind of bakery problems. Real home bakers, real Fridays.

Yes, you made money. How much? You don't know either.
Customer: “on my way.” You: “wait, today?!”
Your recipe says ₱340 for butter. Butter is ₱430 now.

Frequently asked
OvenSync is a home bakery app for Filipino cottage bakers. It replaces the spreadsheet, the notebook, and the calculator on your phone with one calm place to track ingredients, price your recipes, manage cake orders, and see your real profit margin every week.
Yes. Every new account starts with a free 30-day trial of the full Baker plan — no credit card required. After that, the Starter plan is free forever (5 recipes, 20 orders per month), or keep everything unlimited with Baker at ₱149 / month, paid via GCash. See the full pricing page for details.
No — that’s the worst part of every bakery spreadsheet, so we removed it. Every new OvenSync account starts with a pre-stocked Stockroom: the common Pinoy baking staples (all-purpose flour, sugars, butter, cocoa, evaporated milk, eggs) and packaging (cake boxes, boards, ribbons) are already listed. Just log your first purchase to set your real prices, and add anything special we missed.
Set a restock floor for each ingredient (for example, cake flour: 2 kg). OvenSync alerts you the moment your stock dips below that line — before you accept the next order. When you save an order, the app deducts what each recipe needs and flags exactly what you’re short on, so you can plan an ingredient run on Wednesday instead of begging the sari-sari for eggs at 9pm on a Friday.
A spreadsheet can do the math once. OvenSync keeps it connected: change a butter price and every recipe re-prices, every margin updates, and every restock alert recalculates. Plus you get a cake order tracker, calendar view, deposit tracking, and a weekly profit chart that a spreadsheet was never going to give you.
Yes. OvenSync is a mobile-first web app. It runs in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, tablet, or laptop. Save it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app — no install, no Play Store, no App Store.
It’s exactly for you. OvenSync was built around the way home and cottage bakers in the Philippines actually work: small batches, peso prices, repeat customers via DM, and one baker doing all of it. It also works fine for bakers in Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond — currency is configurable.
Free for as long as you want. Five minutes to set up — about the same time as your morning brew.
